Initiated by Nisum Technologies Inc., Capella Alliance (CAP) is a strategic program dedicated to forming robust alliances that pave the way for innovative business opportunities. This program cultivates a dynamic and vibrant ecosystem, creating new markets, extending customer lifecycles, fostering innovation, driving revenue growth, and expanding addressable markets. 

The Capella Alliance Program is a closed-end program with a limited number of members.  There is a 3 step process for new alliance member induction with internal member scoring and selection criteria.  

(1)  Fill out a pre-qualification and expression of interest (EOI) form. 

(2) Review and approval by the Capella Alliance and the Nisum Operations team

(3)  Member onboarding upon approval, acceptance, and agreement signing.

The Nisum Capella Alliance program is open to qualifying companies serving customers within the USA. There is a three-step eligibility process which includes  Pre-qualification, Application review and approval, and member onboarding after approval, acceptance, and agreement signing.

Typically, Capella Alliance members are: 

(a) Specialists Enterprises, Subject Matter Experts, SMBs, Entrepreneurs, Sales and Marketing Specialists, etc. 

(b)  Independent firms, working in collaboration with Nisum, and providing IT consulting, outsourcing, customization, and implementation services to customers

Joining Capella Alliance is expected to unlock a host of benefits, fostering mutual collaboration for winning more customers and tapping into new revenue streams. The program offers access to innovative solutions and technologies, reducing new customer acquisition costs. Members benefit from co-branded marketing initiatives, revenue-sharing models, and strategic technology partnerships. With seamless collaboration, dedicated support, and streamlined processes, the Capella program team will facilitate the members to adopt the best and latest practices, making engagement with Nisum and other Alliance members more rewarding and conducive to growth.

Capella’s centralized program team orchestrates collaboration by strategically selecting members for specific opportunities, ensuring a diverse mix of expertise. The program provides a collaborative platform where members can connect, discuss potential projects, and share insights. 

The program’s commitment to joint success is further exemplified through collaborative marketing initiatives and shared resources. In essence, CAP is designed to cultivate a dynamic environment where collaboration is not only encouraged but strategically facilitated.

The program offers several support benefits with details mentioned on the website and also in the Program Guide. Additionally, Nisum resource pool and support services are available to deliver with you on any customer needs. Nisum offers and maintains onsite, nearshore, and offshore IT delivery centers. Nisum sales, program management, and delivery teams shall extend support in any proposal development, demos, closing new business, project design, and delivery. Other benefits include access to knowledge repositories, accelerators, support service desks, program support managers, shared learnings, and webinars. 

Membership Costs: At this time there are no annual membership fees for joining the Capella Alliance program. 

Other Costs: There could however be specific costs associated with any event participation/hosting, training, shared subscriptions, marketing, advertising, etc. All such incidental costs shall be shared and charged at actuals. Prior member consent shall be sought for any such participation.

Capella employs a multifaceted approach to lead generation for members. We leverage collaborative marketing efforts, strategic alliances, and targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Additionally, our centralized platform facilitates member visibility, making it easier for potential clients to discover and engage with your expertise. 

 

Once you become part of the program, Nisum’s Capella program team shall facilitate any connections and project discussions. Project opportunities are reviewed by the team, which will objectively decide on the ideal member mix for each opportunity. A member can express interest, and if selected, participate in discussions to co-create project proposals. This approach ensures that the Capella program team shall centrally orchestrate and optimize the member alliance network, delivering innovative solutions through a harmonized collaboration of diverse expertise.

Yes, as long as there is capacity and approval from the Capella program team, members are expected to engage on multiple projects simultaneously.  

Yes. There is ongoing communication and updates. Every alliance member will be assigned to a Capella account manager, who shall liaise on any new business opportunity and facilitate reporting and coordination for ongoing projects.

Capella is an alliance membership network. As such there are no certifications planned for the program. There will be opportunities to participate in any webinars, training, or workshops being offered by any of the alliance members.  Nisum conducts regular technical sessions and is open for participation. 

Recognition can take various forms, including spotlight features on our platform, acknowledgment in media posts and regular publications, and invitations to exclusive events. 

Additionally, our revenue-sharing model ensures that members are duly rewarded for their efforts. The specifics of the recognition and incentives depend on the member-type agreement signed, with commission structures and revenue-sharing mechanisms designed to reflect and celebrate the distinct contributions of each member category. This approach ensures a fair and motivating system that aligns with the success of our diverse member ecosystem.

The Capella Alliance is primarily for companies. We may allow membership to Subject Matter Experts, Specialists, and other Consultants in an individual capacity as well.  The program is dedicated to diversity and inclusion by actively seeking members from diverse backgrounds and locations. We believe diverse perspectives enhance our collaborative strength. 

Our unbiased member selection process ensures opportunities for all qualified members, fostering a supportive environment for unique needs. This commitment creates a vibrant and innovative alliance.

Absolutely! The Capella team values any input immensely. We encourage members to share feedback and suggestions. Whether it’s enhancing collaboration tools or refining program structures, your insights are crucial. The collaborative nature of the Capella Alliance Program (CAP) extends to its continuous improvement, and member feedback plays a vital role in shaping the program for mutual success.

At least 12 months of commitment is expected upon signing up and annual renewals. There is no minimum commitment period as such. We are however seeking strategic and long-term members to join the alliance and grow together.

The Capella Alliance is a Nisum program initiative. Nisum prioritizes data security and confidentiality. Our robust security measures include encrypted communication channels, access controls, mandatory security safety training, and regular security audits. Members can be assured that their sensitive information is handled with the utmost care, aligning with industry best practices. We are committed to maintaining a secure environment that instills trust and confidence among our valued members.

The Capella Alliance Program is limited to companies serving customers in the USA. 

We understand the importance of overcoming technical hurdles swiftly, and our support infrastructure is designed to empower members to navigate challenges effectively.

For any project needs, our support team shall be readily available to assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution. Support portal and collaboration tools will ensure timely assistance and incident resolution.

Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)

The Capella Alliance program strategically maximizes the impact of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by providing a platform to showcase their specialized knowledge. 

SMEs play a pivotal role in driving innovation and solving complex challenges across various domains, including AI/ML, Data Analytics, Custom Software Development, DevOps, and Security. 

Additionally, all members, including SMEs, are expected and required to bring qualified business leads to the program, leveraging Nisum’s delivery capabilities for projects they may not be equipped to handle independently. Through collaborative projects and shared resources, Capella actively harnesses the expertise of SMEs, ensuring their skills contribute to the overall success of the program and its stakeholders.
